I am a passionate, empathetic designer, educator, and community leader with 25 years experience spanning print, digital, and product design.

First and foremost, I think of myself as a creative problem solver.

I’ve been fortunate to spend all 25 years of my professional life working as a designer, which has allowed me to bring passion and energy to every job, team, and project I’ve had the opportunity to be part of. That passion has also pushed me to evolve and adapt over the past two and a half decades—starting out as a print publication designer, then making the transition to web designer, and ultimately pivoting to user experience design (and research, too!). Through it all, I am drawn to and excel at collaboration, complexity, ambiguity, data, and people. Whether I’m cranking out stories within agile teams or laying out org-level vision and strategy, I’m highly motivated to solve problems—to make things easier, better, and more joyful for all.
