Overview

A Five-phased Proposal

Problem:

Foundational research revealed that CloudForge—Liberty Mutual’s enterprise CI/CD software development and delivery platform—created a lot of pain points for its customers by evolving over time, into a highly fragmented, decentralized, unified experience. In order to create a version of the platform that addressed these issues, an extensive amount of work would need to be completed across the full range of platform product teams—9 in total. Establishing a cross-platform strategy to create a seamless, centralized, unified experience meant taking a close look at the platform’s information architecture and assessing how it needed to change—and importantly, how we make the change over time while still delivering valuable services to our customers without interruption.
